Using Email Clients

You can download and set up Outlook 2007®, Outlook 2010®, Outlook 2011® (Mac), or Entourage 2008® (Mac) to access your Hosted Exchange Email mailbox.

Here’s the Lowdown: When you receive a bounce-back email with the error #550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound, try clearing cached entries from your Nickname list or deleting your Nickname Cache file.
