If your intent with offering a hosted exchange email service is to signup businesses you really need to step up your game plan.

1. We should not have to backup our email – by copying our pst file. the server should be constantly backed up so if we lose our computer, etc. we only need to reinstall outlook and all the data comes back.

2. many business have requirements to archieve email for legal discovery issues. This should be an option a company can select.

3. some industries require some email be sent in a secure and/or encypted form. this to should be an add on option.

4. the 2 and 4GB starting limits are extremely low. 25GB is more the norm.

5. Sharepoint is nice but should be a seperate add on with adjustable size.

The hosted exchange works nice and I find it great for personal use and non mission critial email but have serious reservations recommending it to businesses that need to be compliant for legal and goverment reasons.
