Most people use email a lot. Often, you may find yourself up against your storage limit. That’s when you know you need to archive your email. Would you like to have an outlet to archive messages outside of your email account? If you have an Online File Folder account and a Go Daddy Email account, this feature would allow you to back up your email archives to your Online File Folder! I’d like to be able to download an entire folder as a .pst file, then I can delete the folder in Webmail. Does make me a little nervous to hold onto this .pst file myself, so it would be nice to back it up to Online File Folder, where it’s safe. I just want it to be in a format that Outlook understands so I can load them up in Outlook, if I want to reference them.
YES YES YES !!! Dave’s comment is right on. Some portability of folders between Webmail and Outlook would be GREAT!

I’ve just started to use GD’s email services and I totally agree. Would be a very nice feature.
This feature would be a benefit to those people who need a system to easily store and organize emails for convenience and compliance!
Absolutely, there are two ways I can see this being useful. One is to have a section under folders that you could assign to be stored in the associated online file folder. Then we could simply ‘slide’ emails right into the associated Online File Folder to archive it as a text or HTML file.
The other option would be to simply add it as another choice in the “Other Actions” dropdown.
I’ve been involved in some litigation for the past year and being able to archive email messages without adversely affecting the actual size of my email account would be marvelous.
I think this would be a very helpful benefit. I have a tendency to keep EVERYTHING when it comes to email. Much easier and than any paper trail and GREEN as well. This would be a large help in saving space and organizing as well.
