It would be nice to have this feature. There are some folders as a company that we would like to keep for future reference. Currently with your email package, I know of no way to save them other than forwarding to another email. I feel that if I am paying for a service, I should not have to endure the extra hassle of saving my mail.
When will this feature be available for hosted Exchange customer? The 4 GB mailbox size limit is relatively small compared to most other providers with 25 GB as standard.

I have to constantly move messages from my Outlook Exchange sent items folder to the Archive sent items folder, in order to open up space on my Exchange acct. Good idea!
We need this as I am having real problems managing my 4 gigs.
