Renewing Your Domain Names

Date Submitted: 10/2/15

In the Domain Manager, you can set your domain names to renew automatically, or you can renew them manually.

You can also set your domain names to maintain specific registration lengths with Extended Auto-Renew.

To Renew Your Domain Names

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Next to Domains, click Manage.

Which procedure you'll use depends on the number of domains in your account:

6 Domains or Fewer

If your control panel doesn't look like the following example, go to the More than 6 Domains section of this article:

  1. Select the domain name you want to use, click Text Icon (Settings) and select Domain Details.
  2. From the Renew menu, select Renew Domain.
  3. Choose renewal settings and click Next.
  4. CLick Finish, then click Checkout.

More than 6 Domains (i.e. 7 or More)

  1. From the Domains tab, click Expired Domains.
  2. Select the domains you want to renew, and then click Renew.

You can change the automatic renewal option for your domain names at any time. You can set your domain names to renew automatically upon expiration, or you can manually renew them prior to their expiration dates.

If you set your domain names to auto-renew, we attempt to renew them and bill your credit card if the renewal is successful.
